In this seven days retreat we will embark on a journey to connectedness, playfulness and self-discovery through the practices of acroyoga, yoga, meditation and Thai massage.

In a quiet place near the city of the sages, Rishikesh, we will learn how mindful movement and communication practices can be healthy life affirming habits that strengthen one’s sense of belonging and self-esteem.

Bountiful India will allow us the chance to slow down our pace and connect with oneself, each other and the country, being treated with delicious food, the sight of mesmerizing landscapes and the graceful beauty and wisdom of vedic tradition.   

The retreat includes 3 vegetarian organic meals a day, 7 nights in a double room (private available), 2 excursions and all classes at the location of the course.

Please note that all the classes are optional during your retreat. Our intention is to let you develop at your own pace and to let you enjoy your stay. We want you to enjoy your retreat as much as possible, to become healthy in mind and body and to learn how to feel at one with yourself.


Personal approach 


For our retreats at Rishis International we work with small groups of maximum 10 participants, allowing our teachers and therapists to give tremendous personal attention to each and every student and to offer a program that fits our participants personal needs.



Our BE-motion Retreat takes you deeper in your experience of yoga, meditation and thai yoga massage. Our well qualified teachers are carrying life time experiences of teaching and are having tremendous knowledge of Yoga, Meditation, Body work, 'Vedanta' and Ayurveda.




















ERIC SIMETH was touched by the exploration of movement of the body and the sensation of simple aliveness that arises from it since childhood. He started gymnastics in Geneva - his home city in Switzerland - at the age of 6 and carried on later with yoga, dance, acroyoga, acrobatics and Thai massage. Thanks to those experiences and teachings he has been cultivating a way of life and tools that support the health and balance of the body-mind complex as well as means to relate to each other through artistic co-creation, verbal and nonverbal communication, and healing touch.
Eric is a certified acroyoga.org teacher and yoga teacher. He has been traveling throughout Europe to share and promote the practices and teachings that are dear to him. He likes to put the emphasis on co-creating a space for safe learning and physical as well as emotional growth.



















The retreat will be held on the grounds of the incredible space of “Rishis International” situated in the mystical valley of ancient Shiva Temple, a pilgrimage of thousands of Hindus. The area called ‘Devo Bhumi ‘ Divine land /  Land of Gods. We can arrange for your transport from the nearest city (Rishikesh) and airport (Dehradun Jolly Airport).


Rishis International provides accommodation with excellent quality, assuring that you will have a pleasant and comfortable stay. If you are a solo traveller and wish to have more privacy, single person supplements are available for all rooms. If you don't mind sharing with other participants, Rishis International can find someone of the same sex to share with or if you wish to book along with a friend you can mention this in your booking, so we can arrange for your shared accommodation.

Zen deluxe private/double room with shared bathroom


This room, with a magnificent view over the rice fields and tropical jungle, has two single beds that can be joined together. The room can either be booked individually or by a couple or two friends booking at the same time. Zen deluxe room has a shared bathroom with Zorba deluxe room.

Eco stone cottage with private bathroom


For those who like to have their own private space and bathroom, we offer a luxurious eco stone cottages. These cottages have doubles beds and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. This accommodation can be booked either individually or by a couple or two friends booking at the same time.




Food is an art to prepare and to receive. At our retreat, the food is based on Ayurvedic ingredients and is prepared with love and care and with high hygienic standards. We provide vegetarian Indian sattvic cuisine cooked in traditional style.

Food is a very important part of life so we try to offer a balanced menu, with dishes that give nourishment to your body and that are easy to digest, in order to keep you calm and help you to go deeper in meditation. 

In our retreat we share with you the knowledge of how to make a simple act such as eating into a meditative practise.

Group size


Maximum 10 persons. This allows for us to give a lot of personal attention to each student's development.


Dressing information


Please bring loose, comfortable clothing. Also, we recommend that you bring a shawl for meditation practice. Since the evenings may get a bit chilly, we recommend that you bring a sweater with you as well.


What to bring


We have yoga mats at Rishis International which you are more than welcome to use. Alternatively, if you prefer to bring your own mat you are welcome to do so. Please pack some sun cream and insect repellant. Also remember to bring a torch and your travel adaptor for your various charging needs. 


We provide towels and bedsheets, and we have herbal shampoo and body wash for you to use too.


Extension options


If you would like to spend a few days before the retreat or after the retreat at the resort, you are very welcome to do so. Please inquire with us beforehand which rooms are available for those days and we will book your room.


How to get there


Rishis International is situated approximately 15 km from Rishikesh and approximately 35 km from the nearest airport 'Dehradun Jolly Grant Airport'. There a several flights a day from New Delhi International Airport to Dehradun. The flight takes approximately 1.5 hours to reach there. We assist with arranging shuttle taxi services for our guests from both Rishikesh and from Dehradun Jolly Airport. You will be picked up by our driver at the agreed point at the city or airport and dropped of at the resort, making your retreat fully hassle free. Any additional shuttle service that you may wish to use can be arranged for as well. The fee for these transfers are not included in the retreat fee. They are based upon a local tarif and will be included to the extras on your final invoice.


If you prefer to come to Rishikesh a day or more before or after retreats, you could spend one of several days in Rishikesh and then rejoin us at Rishis International. We can arrange for your transport from the city to the resort.


Booking conditions




In order to reserve your room please contact us to find out if the room is available for the dates you require. We then ask you for a deposit of 40% of the total amount via bank transfer. The other 60% can be either transferred by bank as well shortly before your arrival or can be paid in cash on the location.

ANTAR KHIRAD ('Inner Wisdom') got his Sanyas in 1996 at the community of 'Osho', enlightened Master in Pune. Born in the northern part of India in a Shatriya family, he was raised with 'Sanatan Dharma' (Eternal Religion). Through the journey of life he has been with different mystics and masters, and lived in several communes and ashrams.

Having this insight, Antar Khirad keeps moving on his path. Sharing his love and energies both in Asia and in Europe for the last 15 years as a contemporary teacher of Tantra, Yoga and Meditation. Leading many groups and workshops, and giving trainings and individual sessions.

INEZ ALMEIDA is an acroyoga teacher, actress, dancer and Thai massage therapist. She has been drawn to movement since she can remember and it took her to explore many different forms and styles.

Movement is energy moving, unblocking, freeing itself, expressing life through the body.

Her movement journey started at the age of 9 in the Ballet Conservatory of Lisbon where she studied for several years.

Inez has a Bachelor in physical acting from the Theatre University of Amsterdam, she is a certified teacher in both Acroyoga international (http://www.acroyoga.org) and Montreal style (https://acroyoga.com), and holds also a certificate in healing Thai yoga massage. She has been working as a freelance traveling extensively in several continents with her artistic work, and has been teaching intensively throughout the past few years in many communities in Europe.

Her love for movement and its healing powers have brought her to explore different ways to access that sacred place where transformation can occur. She believes in sharing with an open heart, creating space for connection, trust and intimacy, allowing love to flow freely.
