Prashant Tewatia

Prashant was initiated into Yoga at an early age, watching his grandpa in a headstand every morning, being taught Hatha Yoga at high school in Delhi and also teaching to his fellow University students in Ireland. Ten years later, he still finds himself hungry to share, learn and engage in the bliss of Yoga.

Prashant’s professional practice has been informed by his experience in India of Vinyasa flow in Rishikesh and Goa, Shivananda Yoga in Kerala, Art of Living (Sri Sri Yoga) in Bangalore and Restorative Yoga in Belgium.

However his most extensive and most recent training has been as a follower of the B.K.S Iyengar methodology, under senior Iyengar teachers Usha Devi, Lothar Hofler, Raghuvendra Shenoy and Dr. Abhay Kesti, his guru with whom he has developed a passion for Yoga Therapy.

Prashant’s Yoga practice has lead him all across Europe, through Nepal and Thailand, as well as several remote and urban parts of India teaching and learning.

The exploration, via yoga, of the Zen and Tantric principles of self- observation, self-acceptance, and inner relaxation is the driving factor behind Prashant’s current teaching practice.

Ma Yog Stuti

Pt. Bhagwan Dutt Bhatt.

Bhatt ji has a deep understanding of Numerology, Astrology, vedas and mantras.

He has been carrying the knowledge of scriptures and hindu rituals and traditions from his early ages.

This knowledge of spiritual practices and rituals of hindu traditions which Bhatt ji has been carrying from his great grand fathers had been transferred from generation to generation. His own devotion towards it and talent makes him the master of his subject.

He has many years of experience of doing powerful ceremonies and rituals with authentic ways. Since his age of 14 he's been having a grip of astrology which has been transferred to him by his family.

At present he lives very close to Rishikesh in a very small village near Dehradun, capital of Uttarakhand.

A nomad at heart , her journey started since she was young. Growing up she was influenced by her father which is where she first got to know about spirituality and yoga.

A strong desire to find some stability and tranquility led her to Sivananda Ashram where she formally underwent training to become a yoga teacher. Along with this she has attended various yoga and meditation camps learning and going deeper in it.

Since then she has been travelling and conducting programs which includes beginners, intermediate as well as being part of TTC as an Assistant Teacher. All this with the hope of sharing the peace that she has found.

Om Shanti
